We find Minosuke from a car accident outside and half of his boddy is numb and was infected with many illness plus 

one of his eye is bind, he was in the worst situation so we try our best to take care of him as much as possible in supporting in healing.

At first we thought he was a girl so we name her “Mi” then we realized is a boy so we add “nosuke” to sound more boy name. lol
